Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required for training or meetings.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery, strategy, business analysis, and lifecycle management for OneHome products and capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, care coordination, member outcomes, and provider experience.
• Evaluate and optimize end-to-end healthcare business processes and translate objectives into scalable solutions.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and build, buy, or partner assessments.
• Align business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders through executive and cross-functional discussions.
• Support OneHome services including skilled nursing facilities, home health, durable medical equipment, and other post-acute care offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, healthcare operations, consulting, project management, post-acute care, home health, payer, provider, or healthcare technology environments.
• Experience managing products from concept through delivery and conducting complex business analysis.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, provider operations, care coordination, and healthcare business processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, relationship-building, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Must work remotely from Kentucky and maintain a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information. Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or certifications such as CSPO, Certified Product Manager, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, PMP, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with post-acute care, home health, value-based care, care management, utilization management, provider network products, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or dual-eligible populations.
• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors, healthcare partners, and strategic service providers.
