Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional activation pod with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing partners.
• Own the activation roadmap from discovery through launch, iteration, and capability development.
• Define and monitor outreach, booking, and first-visit funnel metrics by channel, client, and member segment.
• Run experimentation programs with clear hypotheses, rapid readouts, and controlled rollouts.
• Develop member incentive strategies and connect them to activation costs, visits, unit economics, and client ROI.
• Shape messaging and channel strategy across calling, email, SMS, and mobile while improving deliverability, consent, eligibility, scheduling, and tracking systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth, activation, or lifecycle marketing.
• Demonstrated success improving funnel metrics through experimentation.
• Hands-on experience with SMS, email, or push messaging channels.
• Working knowledge of consent and privacy requirements, including TCPA and HIPAA.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytical tools.
• Ability to work with data tables, investigate technical issues, and collaborate effectively with engineers and executives.
