Staff Product Manager (Digital Health)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: $165,000–$205,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the Food Access & Benefits product roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Build scalable systems and workflows for food access programs, health benefits administration, and new service lines.
• Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into configurable product capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, Client Success, Clinical Operations, and commercial teams.
• Shape go-to-market plans and launch new services while balancing client timelines with long-term platform scalability.
• Influence adjacent product pods and platform architecture across the broader member journey.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Experience owning operationally complex product areas and launching new products or service lines end-to-end.
• Experience partnering with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams to build products used by operational teams.
• Experience working with commercial and go-to-market teams on enablement, rollout planning, and post-launch iteration.
• Strong structured problem-solving, documentation, dependency management, collaboration, and data-driven execution skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development processes and tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with benefits management platforms, employer health benefits, or government health program operations.
• Exposure to food retail, food ordering, or supply chain partnerships in digital or consumer health.
