Ops Manager E & P (Environmental Services)

Location: Norfolk, Massachusetts, USA; onsite role

Pay range: $104,400–$143,550 annually; 20% annual incentive plan target

What you will do

• Manage assigned environmental services operations and execute local market and business plans.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage employee performance while setting supervisory goals.
• Lead operations to achieve safety, compliance, service, productivity, and P&L objectives.
• Monitor environmental, safety, equipment maintenance, and permit compliance.
• Manage contractors, labor hours, operating expenses, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance and implement accident prevention, loss control, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience, or participation in hirify.global’ management trainee program.
• Experience managing multiple operations.
• Experience in labor relations.
• Experience managing P&L line items.
• Previous employment with a Fortune 500 company.
• Ability to work onsite in Norfolk, Massachusetts, USA.
