What you will do

  • Lead the Manufacturing Technology organization across the Tralee Park and Tralee Park Annex sites.
  • Set technical priorities across operational support, continuous improvement, reliability, automation, and capital projects.
  • Own the technical health of manufacturing processes, equipment, systems, and critical technologies.
  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, yield, reliability, uptime, capacity, and cost competitiveness.
  • Lead complex manufacturing, process, and equipment problem resolution using structured problem solving and data-driven decisions.
  • Develop site technology and capital plans and provide technical leadership from project concept through commissioning and startup.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing, engineering, or manufacturing technology experience.
  • Experience leading technical organizations and developing engineering talent.
  • Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement and capital project initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in polymer, elastomer, chemical, specialty materials, or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Experience with Process Safety Management systems.
  • Experience supporting large-scale capital projects, automation initiatives, and manufacturing expansions.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
