Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States, at least four days per week. Travel may include up to 15% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected compensation for US applicants: $188,251–$230,084, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Set medium- to long-term strategic direction and operating plans for a complex market or product line.
• Define quality guidelines and methods across quality assurance, product quality control, incoming quality control, and customer management.
• Lead quality improvement projects, regulatory compliance activities, and quality metric performance.
• Manage quality functions by setting priorities, assigning resources, and being accountable for results.
• Supervise, coach, train, and manage the performance of quality team members.
• Collaborate with leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, business teams, and external customers to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of combined quality and/or manufacturing experience.
• At least two years of quality or manufacturing leadership experience through direct supervision or technical team leadership.
• Must work on-site at least four days per week in Maplewood, Minnesota.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to comply with applicable US export control requirements and provide information needed to assess US person status.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Knowledge of NIOSH respiratory standards.
• Experience deploying quality continuous improvement methodologies such as MSA, SPC, FMEA, or PPU.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
