Senior Fullstack Engineer - Codegen

Location: Austin, TX, US; in-office five days a week. Remote work is not an option.

Base salary: $190,000–$212,500 per year, plus a competitive equity package.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software using modern programming languages.
• Define, design, and ship new features with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple programming languages and technologies.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and provide technical support when required.
• Contribute to architecture and technical strategy, participate in code reviews, and promote maintainable systems.
• Mentor engineers and promote software development best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and multiple programming languages, such as Python, Java, Go, C#, or PHP.
• Strong technical skills and experience with developer tools and APIs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ability to work in the Austin office five days per week.

• Deep technical expertise in SDKs and documentation.
• Experience creating technical content, including documentation and tutorials.
