Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; hybrid with 1 to 2 days per week in the office

Base salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, excluding discretionary bonus and equity

What you will do

• Develop full-stack product features for a high-performance, high-availability workforce platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and engineers to deliver well-scoped features.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, go-to-market, and Customer Success.
• Design and improve scalable distributed systems and cloud technology solutions.
• Apply test-driven development and support reliable, high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Solid programming fundamentals, design patterns, and experience building scalable systems.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and the ability to choose between them appropriately.
• Experience with test-driven CI/CD, distributed systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• English communication skills are required, and the role requires regular in-office work in Lehi.

• Experience with Next.js or other front-end technologies.
