What you will do

• Place and monitor purchase orders for production materials based on forecasts and production schedules.
• Expedite or defer orders, establish inventory levels, and address supply risks and delivery issues.
• Coordinate material flows during product and BOM changes, obsolescence, new supplier onboarding, and product launches.
• Support Receiving, Warehouse, and Inventory Management with accurate system transactions.
• Resolve purchase-order issues related to invoice discrepancies, returns, and supplier quality problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in materials, planning, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills; purchasing software experience, with SAP preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Already-authorized US work status permitting employment with hirify.global is required.
