2nd Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Folsom, California, United States; onsite second-shift manufacturing role

Salary: $90,051–$140,705 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate second-shift manufacturing personnel to meet production schedules and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate employees while promoting accountability, teamwork, engagement, and inclusion.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and employee engagement metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Materials, Maintenance, and other teams to maintain GMP, quality, and company standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, employee relations, reporting, and standard operating procedures.
• Support production problem-solving, continuous improvement, new product introductions, process transfers, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
• At least one year of formal or informal experience leading people, projects, programs, or production teams.
• Ability to work and support a second-shift operation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and data-driven performance improvement skills.
• Preferred experience includes manufacturing supervision, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, GMP, ISO, FDA-regulated environments, and ERP or MES systems.
