Finance Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid work with four days per week in the Manchester office and one day from home. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Support budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Analyze actual and forecast costs, revenue, profitability, variances, trends, and business drivers.
• Assist with monthly P&L reviews and provide analysis and commentary to finance and business stakeholders.
• Prepare financial, operational, and KPI reports, management packs, dashboards, and decision-making materials.
• Maintain planning assumptions, financial models, documentation, data quality, governance, and confidentiality.
• Partner with budget owners, deliver ad hoc analysis, and improve FP&A processes, systems, reporting, and controls.

Requirements

• Interest in building a career in FP&A and commercial finance.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis, or workflows.
• Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience and existing UK work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Progress toward CIMA, ACCA, or another recognized finance qualification.
• Internship, placement, graduate program, or junior finance experience.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, KPI reporting, or P&L analysis.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or Tableau.
