Senior Software Engineer (Endpoint Management)

Base pay: $154,000–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, implementation, and support of endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Chrome OS, and related platforms.
• Use infrastructure as code, endpoint data, and AI-driven insights to improve deployments and develop self-healing capabilities.
• Operate and support Workspace ONE, Secure Enterprise Browser, AWS server infrastructure, virtual machines, and endpoint environments.
• Apply DevSecOps practices to improve quality, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, problem resolution, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor colleagues and partner with vendors, application support teams, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of unified or autonomous endpoint management experience across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android EMM platforms.
• Recent Chrome OS and Google Chrome Browser administration experience, with troubleshooting expertise across PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
• Strong knowledge of virtual machines and cloud platforms, including AWS WorkSpaces, Horizon VDI or Citrix, AWS, and Azure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on Python or PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Infrastructure as code implemented through GitOps.
• Endpoint security knowledge covering antivirus, malware protection, and MFA.
• ITIL, AWS, or VMware certifications.
