EUC Design Engineer (Microsoft Intune)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States

Base salary: $115,000–$145,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support endpoint management solutions for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Develop Microsoft Intune configurations, compliance policies, security baselines, application deployment standards, and device management strategies.
• Design and operate enterprise browser management for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, including policies, reporting, security controls, and extension governance.
• Support Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled workplace technologies, including operational readiness, adoption recommendations, and governance.
• Create technical designs, engineering standards, operational documentation, and support procedures.
• Participate in incident, problem, change, vulnerability, audit, and compliance activities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Strong experience with Windows endpoint management, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience designing endpoint configuration, compliance, and security policies.
• Experience managing Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome in enterprise environments, including browser policies, extension governance, authentication, and security controls.
• Experience with macOS and mobile device management, PowerShell automation, troubleshooting, communication, and ITIL-based operational processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI governance, or enterprise AI adoption.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, iOS and Android management, endpoint security baselines, Microsoft Defender, endpoint analytics, or Digital Employee Experience solutions.
• Microsoft certifications in Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, Security, or AI technologies.
