Recruiter (AI)

Location: New York City, onsite; in-person work five days a week from the Brooklyn office, with flexibility as needed.

Salary: $165K–$185K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, leveling, scorecards, structured interviews, and practical assessments.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and AI-assisted research and engagement.
• Manage candidate communication and deliver a fast, transparent candidate experience.
• Maintain Ashby data and track recruiting metrics such as time to fill, pass-through rates, and source yield.
• Help develop recruiting processes, employer branding, and hiring playbooks as the company scales.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful experience hiring for GTM and/or G&A roles.
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup and a strong network in the New York City GTM talent market.
• Demonstrated ability to close strong candidates across levels.
• Experience using AI tools for candidate sourcing, research, and engagement.
• Strong organization, communication, judgment, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools such as Juicebox, Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience hiring GTM teams selling to public-sector and commercial enterprise customers.
• Experience building or scaling a recruiting function during rapid headcount growth.
