Senior Director, Storytelling & Brand (Cybersecurity)

Location: US Remote

Compensation range: $225,000–$275,000 total compensation, which may include incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the brand platform, including purpose, positioning, narrative, and voice.
• Develop a unified narrative spanning Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security.
• Lead Brand Content and Social teams, establishing storytelling principles, editorial standards, formats, and distribution strategies.
• Partner with Creative, Design Studio, Integrated Marketing, and Communications on campaigns, launches, events, and executive communications.
• Build a scalable brand activation framework with tools, guidelines, and training for employees, partners, and internal functions.
• Own brand health measurement across awareness, consideration, recall, sentiment, content performance, and business impact.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership.
• Experience defining brand platforms or positioning that changed how a company was perceived and supported business growth.
• Exceptional writing, editing, narrative development, and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading content and social teams and developing senior talent.
• Experience turning research and data into a distinctive point of view for an enterprise technology brand.
• AI fluency, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work with marketing, sales, product, research, and executive teams.
