Brand Communications & Content, Team Lead

Location: Cyprus, with temporary remote work followed by relocation to the Limassol office.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Brand Communications & Content team, defining roles, ownership, priorities and hiring needs.
• Set creative quality standards and provide final review for copy and visual storytelling.
• Own editorial and communications planning across social media, news, newsletters, platform announcements and educational content.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and Product on campaign narratives, product launches, explainers and audience messaging.
• Write high-stakes communications, including major announcements, press materials, executive quotes and sensitive communications.
• Lead proactive PR, media relations, spokesperson preparation, reputation management and crisis communications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, brand storytelling or editorial leadership, including 2+ years managing multidisciplinary creative or content teams.
• Experience building or developing teams through hiring, coaching, performance feedback and clear ownership.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, content operations and workflow improvement skills.
• Exceptional English writing and editing skills across marketing copy, product communications and press materials.
• Hands-on PR experience with media relations, pitching and securing relevant coverage.
• EU passport required; EU-based employment contract and a Cyprus work visa are provided with relocation and family support.

• Experience with creator platforms, entertainment, gaming, community-led brands, live-service businesses or entertainment.
