Product Comms Lead (Crypto)

Location: Dallas, United States; four days per week of in-person collaboration in the office

What you will do

• Build and execute product and technology communications strategies across consumer and institutional products, AI, and regulatory topics.
• Own end-to-end communications for product launches in partnership with Product and Marketing.
• Lead communications for licensing, regulatory, and compliance milestones and contribute to policy conversations.
• Define and communicate the company’s AI narrative across internal technology and customer-facing products.
• Manage relationships with technology media and influencers, including proactive and reactive opportunities.
• Create product-focused blog posts, press releases, executive social content, award submissions, and thought-leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• More than five years of experience leading communications programs in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or an adjacent field.
• Deep crypto industry literacy and the ability to learn complex product and regulatory details.
• Experience announcing complex technical products and translating them into clear, high-impact value propositions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, and Compliance.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content-distillation skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-judgment environment with rapidly changing market conditions.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with crypto industry media and influencers.
• Experience communicating trading products, derivatives, options, perpetuals, or prediction markets.
• Experience with regulatory, licensing, or policy communications.
