Director, Product Management General Business Editions (AI/ERP)

Salary: $195,000–$220,000 annually

What you will do

• Define the multi-year AI strategy for General Business Editions across financial close, reconciliation, accounts payable, collections, cash forecasting, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and differentiation for core financials and CRM.
• Design transparent, controlled, and auditable AI experiences with appropriate human oversight.
• Lead and grow Product Management teams across Core Financials and CRM.
• Partner with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, partners, and industry-edition leaders.
• Drive customer adoption, retention, new-logo growth, competitive wins, and expansion into Manufacturing, Construction, and Distribution editions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with ERP, financial management, accounting, or CRM platforms for SMB businesses.
• Track record of shipping AI or ML capabilities to production in SaaS with measurable adoption.
• Hands-on fluency with LLMs, agentic workflows, retrieval, and tool use.
• Experience defining evaluation and quality approaches for AI in high-trust domains, including accuracy, explainability, and human oversight.
• Strong grounding in accounting operations, financial workflows, platform products, ecosystems, and cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

• CPA, finance, or accounting operations background.
• Channel or partner-led go-to-market experience.
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions or product integrations.
