Senior Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $205,500–$278,000 per year, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute an AI-forward product strategy for agentic accounting experiences.
• Research AI/ML trends and model capabilities, turning them into product opportunities and measurable roadmap bets.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, design, applied AI/ML, and product teams building end-to-end accounting automation.
• Define how the Accounting Agent reasons, acts, learns, and improves, including guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and trust mechanisms.
• Design AI-specific experiments and offline/online testing, establish success metrics, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Align stakeholders across business units, drive decisions, and communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated SaaS product management experience delivering solutions for core customer needs.
• Experience shipping AI- or ML-powered products in production, including work with probabilistic systems, evaluation, latency and cost tradeoffs, and user trust.
• Fluency with LLMs, agents, RAG, evaluations, and current AI capabilities.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to combine qualitative insights and data into product vision.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in ambiguous, complex environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
