What you will do

• Supervise operations and customer quality engineers, data technicians, and technical quality staff.
• Act as the primary interface for the customer on all quality-related matters (Voice of the Customer).
• Develop and optimize onboarding procedures and standard work for quality engineering.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the MRB team to ensure continuous resolution of quality issues.
• Implement KPIs for the compliance organization and lead using Lean principles like KAIZEN and Value Stream Mapping.
• Support the integration of AI for data collection, metrics optimization, and compliance risk identification.

Requirements

• BS Degree in a technical engineering or quality-related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality-centric roles (compliance, operations, or supplier quality).
• US Citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Expert knowledge of AS9100D, ISO9001:2015, and other industry quality standards.
• Proficiency in CAPA, root cause investigations, and Lean operations/process engineering.
• Knowledge of PWA and PWB manufacturing principles and processes.
