Quality Engineer

Salary: $100,000–$275,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and employees in resolving quality and product issues.
• Ensure products meet organizational, customer, quality, and product integrity requirements.
• Analyze inspection data and identify trends in product quality and defects.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root-cause analysis, failure analysis, and corrective action development.
• Develop quality program requirements and solutions for complex multidisciplinary technical challenges.
• Lead large teams across diverse quality engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering or another engineering role.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 quality standards.
• Expertise in process integration, analytical problem-solving, organization, and time management.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work on cross-functional teams.
