Business Analytics Consultant Sr (Commercial)

Location: Based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Denver; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with occasional in-office participation as required.

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop dashboards, automated insights, process views, capacity metrics, and data-driven solutions for multiple business functions.
• Consult with business partners on analytical tools, strategy implementation, monitoring, business intelligence, and solution development.
• Determine optimal analytical approaches and support the development, implementation, and enhancement of analytical products.
• Optimize analytical solutions that enable business leadership to make data-driven decisions.
• Analyze results, make recommendations, and communicate conclusions from complex analytical work to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Required experience with SQL and Tableau for building performance-tracking dashboards.
• Knowledge of business analytics, business intelligence, data integration, analytical thinking, and performance metrics.
• Remote work is limited to select geographic locations and may require occasional office participation.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Power Apps, including Power BI.
• Experience with market research, qualitative research, strategic planning, and concept development.
