IT Support Analyst (Desktop Support)

Location: On-site in the Kansas City / Overland Park, Kansas area; remote and hybrid work are not available.

Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, plus eligible discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for PC and Apple hardware, software, operating systems, and workstation systems.
• Image, deploy, ship, install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers and related equipment.
• Onboard and offboard users, including equipment provisioning, software setup, equipment collection, and access disabling.
• Track hardware and equipment inventory, including shipped, stocked, and user-assigned items.
• Handle support calls, emails, and tickets; triage issues, route them to relevant departments, and help meet service-level goals.
• Assist with the development and health of the imaging system and provide support through phone and remote desktop sessions.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a technical or computer-related field, equivalent related experience, or higher education.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting software applications, Windows, and hardware in an enterprise environment.
• Tier 1 or higher desktop architecture and support experience.
• Working knowledge of systems, security, networking, local and client-server applications, SCCM, Exchange, Azure, AWS, and VMware.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
