Digital Consulting Associate (Oracle Core Financials)

Location: Chicago, United States; willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Base salary: $105,000–$130,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $117,600–$153,400.

What you will do

• Implement Oracle Cloud Financials solutions with senior team members.
• Partner with clients to design future-state business processes and functional solutions.
• Configure, test, and support Oracle Cloud Financials, including end-user training.
• Guide the design and testing of data conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions with technical teams.
• Manage project workstreams, work plans, analytics, reporting, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior consultants while mentoring junior staff and developing functional expertise.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and working with business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to work with client or internal project teams.

Nice to have

• Oracle ERP Cloud certification or progress toward certification.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio.
• Experience in healthcare or higher education.
