D365 CRM Consultant

Location: United States; requires US citizenship or a Green Card. Travel up to 50% nationally and internationally to customer locations for on-site work, with possible increases depending on the project phase.

Base compensation: $62,466.25–$145,789.00 annually, with the range varying by percentile.

What you will do

• Roadmap Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions with senior consultants for different industry verticals.
• Participate in prospect demonstrations, evaluations, and solution discussions.
• Support functional and technical delivery of full-cycle Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations.
• Develop integrations with other applications and support enhancements, upgrades, and online deployments.
• Prepare implementation plans, timelines, risk mitigations, solution maps, and project status updates.
• Create design specifications and end-user documentation while supporting client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of Dynamics Sales or Field Service.
• At least 2 years of Dynamics CRM experience across multiple versions, including Dynamics 365.
• At least 2 years of consulting experience and experience leading business-process design and implementations.
• Experience with data migration and integration platforms, plus Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
• US citizenship or Green Card status required, along with strong client communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Dynamics 365 Enterprise or CRM certifications.
