Configuration Solutions Manager (Oracle CPQ)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $86,500–$126,800 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

hirify.global is a global marine company whose Mercury Marine division develops recreational marine propulsion engines, boats, services, parts, and related electronics.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain product models, configuration rules, constraints, pricing logic, validations, and guided selling experiences in Oracle CPQ.
• Support product launches and maintain configurations for engines, controls, rigging, accessories, and other complex marine propulsion products.
• Build and maintain integrations between Oracle CPQ and CRM, ERP, pricing, and product data systems.
• Improve configurator usability, responsiveness, performance, and workflow simplicity in partnership with product and UX resources.
• Test, debug, optimize performance, resolve production issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with product, engineering, sales, service, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ development or experience with similar CPQ programs.
• Strong experience with Oracle CPQ product modeling, configuration rules and constraints, pricing, and proposal logic.
• Proficiency in CPQ scripting using BML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience integrating CPQ with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and product data platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and working in Agile or product-oriented delivery teams.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex configurable products in manufacturing, automotive, recreation, or industrial industries.
• Experience with guided selling, personalization, and dynamic upsell or cross-sell solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise UX/UI best practices and Oracle CPQ Commerce, Configuration, and Integration modules.
