Production Analyst Senior (Real Estate Banking)

Location: Calabasas, California, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of property operations, credit facilities, crossed pools, and cost recoup analyses.
• Analyze financial statements and transaction documents to evaluate risk profiles, including institutional ownership structures and site-specific matters.
• Conduct detailed analysis and structuring for complex individual properties and real estate portfolios.
• Prepare credit submission narratives covering transaction structure, sponsorship, financial statements, real estate schedules, expenses, market information, creditworthiness, and underwriting deviations.
• Draft, review, and analyze complex term sheets and applications for potential transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with credit analysis, financial analysis, quantitative techniques, data gathering, and reporting.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, decision-making, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Calabasas, California office.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
