Senior Financial Analyst (Advisor Recruiting)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; employees work in the office at least four days per week and may work from home one day per week.

Base salary: $71,300–$98,100 per year, with potential variable compensation through bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Support the Ameriprise Franchise Group Recruiting organization as a finance partner.
• Build financial models and cost-benefit analyses for advisor recruiting opportunities.
• Analyze recruiting deals, payout structures, offer economics, profitability, and cash flow.
• Evaluate advisor packages, acquisitions, growth opportunities, and ramp-up performance with recruiting leaders and field management.
• Provide financial recommendations and decision support to senior leadership.
• Support projects involving recruiting strategy, compensation programs, and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a financial, analytical, or related role.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills using spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Ability to produce accurate, clear, decision-supporting analyses and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Valid US work authorization without current or future need for employment visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree or certification.
• Experience building relationships and credibility across business and finance organizations.
