Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; in-office collaboration required at least four days per week, with one day per week available to work from home

Base salary: $71,300–$98,100 per year

What you will do

• Build financial models and cost-benefit analyses for advisor recruiting opportunities.
• Analyze recruiting deals, payout structures, offer economics, profitability, and cash flow.
• Partner with recruiting leaders and field management to evaluate advisor packages, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct advisor ramp-up and performance analyses using historical and projected business data.
• Provide financial recommendations and decision support to senior leadership.
• Support projects related to recruiting strategy, compensation programs, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a financial, analytical, or related role.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills using spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Ability to produce clear, decision-supporting analyses and recommendations with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience building relationships and credibility with business partners, senior finance leadership, and other finance functions.
