Operations Project Execution Manager

Location: McMinnville, Tennessee, United States — on-site. Travel to project sites and client locations may be required up to 25% of the time. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the applicable country; immigration sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of complex construction and manufacturing projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate internal teams, designers, suppliers, contractors, manufacturers, clients, and construction partners.
• Monitor project performance, cost variance, schedules, risks, changes, and corrective actions across approximately five concurrent projects.
• Develop project plans, resource allocations, KPIs, risk mitigation plans, reports, presentations, and project turnover documentation.
• Manage project communication, stakeholder meetings, deliverables, deficiencies, expenditures, and closeout activities.
• Promote project management best practices, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of construction and heavy industrial project management or related leadership experience, including planning, cost estimating, contracting, execution, and closeout.
• Knowledge of project phases, commercial contracting, construction methods, codes and standards, quality assurance, health and safety, cost accounting, and forecasting.
• Experience managing complex multi-contract and multi-stakeholder projects with competing scope, schedule, cost, and quality priorities.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license, willingness to travel up to 25%, and current work authorization without present or future employer-sponsored immigration support.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, MBA, or related qualification.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or technology.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Earned Value Management, or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience using AI platforms to improve project efficiency.
