Project Manager - Steam and Condensate Systems

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin, or Biddeford, Maine, or nearby major airport; must live in and be authorized to work in the United States. No domestic or international relocation. Travel may exceed 50%.

Salary: $96,000–$128,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage project profitability, cost control, schedules, deliveries, and customer satisfaction from sale through the warranty period.
• Coordinate engineering, design, equipment purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and project reporting.
• Manage projects involving tissue machine air systems, steam and condensate systems, Yankee hood systems, heat recovery systems, ventilation systems, and related process equipment.
• Oversee project team design activities, drawing reviews, engineering guidance, and final design verification.
• Make final equipment selections and ensure designs meet as-sold specifications and customer expectations.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for additional project-related sales and provide product improvement feedback.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in mechanical, technical, pulp and paper, or a closely related field.
• Industry-related project management experience is essential.
• Preferred minimum of five years of experience in project management or project leadership.
• Must be living in the United States and hold a valid US passport with authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel, potentially more than 50% of the time.
• Background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen required as conditions of employment.
