Project Manager - Site Design

Location: Dallas, Texas; Fort Worth, Texas; Oklahoma; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; or Texas. Flexible remote and hybrid work options are available, with travel for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits as needed.

What you will do

• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and financial performance.
• Lead complex project plans by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, internal resources, and individual responsibilities.
• Manage contract negotiations, change requests, project risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Review technical deliverables for quality and compliance with project contracts, specifications, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain client relationships, support future work, and document project deliverables and records.
• Mentor staff on project management practices and available project support resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Project management experience covering scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
