Fulfillment Operations Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Reno, Nevada, United States. Onsite weekday shift, Monday through Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with flexibility required to support business needs.

Salary: $64,000–$72,000 per year, plus an annual incentive target and equity.

What you will do

• Lead daily outbound fulfillment operations during the assigned shift.
• Manage a team of 100+ associates, driving safety, productivity, quality, and morale.
• Coach employees and support recognition, performance feedback, corrective actions, training, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse workflows, safety, and systems.
• Track production metrics, review labor and attendance records, and provide data-driven process recommendations.
• Coordinate with HR, Safety, Facilities, and other leaders while maintaining shift hand-offs, documentation, and incident reports.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment, distribution, or logistics, including experience managing teams of 100+.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong integrity, accountability, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong command of warehouse systems such as Manhattan or HighJump WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of LEAN, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
