Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Montgomery, New York, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible

What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, storage, receiving, and shipping.
• Direct, assign, monitor, and review the work of warehouse employees.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, audit received goods, and account for warehouse materials and supplies.
• Review operating procedures, space utilization, equipment protection, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ensure paperwork and operational reporting are completed accurately and on time.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and assist the warehouse manager with workplace safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Ability to lead daily employee activities and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory, documentation, and warehouse reporting.
• Must work onsite in Montgomery, New York.
