Sr. Technical Program Manager (Cloud Storage)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid work with in-office and/or in-person expectations

Salary: $170,000–$253,000 USD annually, with final compensation determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery, including milestones, critical paths, dependency maps, release integration, and program health.
• Lead hirify.global Novus partner engagements, aligning joint roadmaps, onboarding partners, validating integrations, and driving general availability readiness.
• Coordinate engineering, product, business, customer, vendor, hyperscaler, neocloud, and ecosystem stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Identify risks and blockers, facilitate decisions, manage escalations, and communicate cost-of-delay analysis and recommended paths forward.
• Define resource needs, facilitate prioritization forums, and influence senior leaders in a highly matrixed organization.
• Deliver executive briefings and improve program traceability by automating recurring technical program management workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering successful releases for multiple technology products or services.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team platform or infrastructure programs in cloud, storage, distributed systems, or SaaS environments.
• Experience managing external partner or alliance programs, including joint planning, governance, and executive communication.
• Strong understanding of program interdependencies, shared capacity, prioritization tradeoffs, Agile-at-scale, release trains, change control, and critical path management.
• Ability to review and constructively challenge architecture documents, design specifications, release plans, and dependency graphs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Storage industry experience, PMP certification, and Agile experience.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, high-performance storage, or GPU cloud environments.
