Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: United States; ideally Pittsburgh with some office work, with consideration for candidates across the North East US. Candidates located farther away must be able to travel to the Pittsburgh office a few times per year. Workplace: Hybrid. Candidates must be permanent US citizens or Green Card holders.

What you will do

• Manage vacancies end to end, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, documentation, and recruitment plans.
• Own vacancy marketing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, feedback management, and hiring progress.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively identify and engage future candidates.
• Use recruitment systems and tools, including ATS platforms, while maintaining accurate records and data protection compliance.
• Contribute to recruitment automation, AI-supported tools, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple vacancies.
• Experience adapting hiring strategies to role requirements and market conditions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing clear guidance, updates, and recommendations.
• Experience creating role summaries and job adverts, coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and supporting hiring decisions.
• Comfort using recruitment systems and ATS platforms, with strong attention to detail and data protection awareness.
• Permanent US citizenship or a Green Card is required.

Nice to have

• Direct sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools.
• Experience in a structured, process-driven Talent Acquisition environment.
• Exposure to recruitment automation or AI-supported tools.
• Experience contributing to Talent Acquisition process improvements or change initiatives.
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
