What you will do

• Create daily press operations plans and provide start-up meeting information to line leaders.
• Manage training for press operators, technicians, and line leaders.
• Verify raw material availability, report shortages, and ensure efficient use of materials and supplies.
• Manage press department quality systems, monitor products for quality issues, and respond to internal customer concerns.
• Track daily safety, quality, cost, idle time, UPH, and 5S performance targets.
• Maintain payroll, apply corrective actions, coordinate with functional departments and technicians, and participate in production planning meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 5+ years of production experience.
• Experience mentoring or coaching operators.
• Strong understanding of complex equipment production, system integration, manufacturing methods, machine capabilities, and efficiency.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, evaluation, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Occasional international travel is required.
