Location: Houston, TX; hybrid work with a mix of remote work, onsite client or Accenture office work, and in-person collaboration. Support for U.S.-based energy and infrastructure clients and travel may be required.

What you will do

• Translate project controls and business requirements into application, data, integration, and technical requirements.
• Assess applications, processes, data structures, interfaces, reporting needs, and fit-gap requirements across project controls environments.
• Lead or support data migration from legacy project controls and PMIS applications, including profiling, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
• Apply Primavera P6 knowledge to scheduling, migration, integration, and validation activities.
• Define and validate integrations between PMIS, scheduling, ERP, reporting, and other enterprise applications.
• Coordinate testing, cutover, deployment, stabilization, delivery risks, client communication, and multidisciplinary workstreams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 in project controls, implementation, migration, integration, or application environments.
• Experience executing data migration or conversion activities, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, cleansing, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of project controls data, especially relationships between scheduling, cost, forecasting, change, and reporting.
• Experience supporting requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into system, data, and technical requirements.
• Ability to support U.S.-based energy and infrastructure clients and travel as required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex application and data issues.
• Client-facing communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading workstreams and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
