IT Solutions Analyst Lead (Salesforce/AI)

Location: US - Tampa, FL (Lithia area); onsite role.

What you will do

• Lead deployment, maintenance, enhancement, troubleshooting, and support for Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Mobile, Agentforce, and connected commercial solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications, solution designs, integrations, automation strategies, Agentforce use cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Configure and develop Salesforce and Agentforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flows, security models, responsive designs, and mobile-first experiences.
• Partner with architecture, security, data governance, integration, business, QA, vendor, and support teams to maintain solution integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, production validation, hypercare, monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Establish development and Agentforce standards, documentation practices, technical-debt management, mentoring, and technical direction for delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, systems analysis, and business application support.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in large enterprise environments, including Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Mobile, Agentforce, AI-enabled solutions, digital agents, intelligent automation, or comparable conversational AI platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow, Salesforce security and sharing models, permission management, APIs, integrations, middleware, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Agile delivery, estimation, planning, prioritization, technical leadership, mentoring, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect, or Agentforce Specialist.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, ERP platforms, SAP CPI, or comparable middleware solutions.
