Application Analyst - Level 3 - Maestro Care Solutions Analyst (Epic/Maestro Care)

What you will do

• Design scalable Maestro Care architecture and reusable build patterns for digital enablement pilots, communication workflows, patient engagement, and complex operational workflows.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into durable Maestro Care configurations while preserving the intended user, patient, and operational experience.
• Lead feasibility analysis, configuration, testing, validation, release coordination, production readiness, defect resolution, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Coordinate delivery across clinical, operational, reporting, security, integration, infrastructure, governance, and vendor partners.
• Guide Agile and Scrum activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, iterative build cycles, dependency management, and release readiness.
• Document build standards, configuration decisions, testing artifacts, operational playbooks, and service transition materials; mentor analysts and project partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related clinical, technical, informatics, operational, or business field, or equivalent experience.
• Active Epic / Maestro Care certifications or proficiencies, with priority for Cadence/scheduling, Ambulatory, billing, and patient flow modules.
• Level III Maestro Care / Epic build experience with independent ownership of complex build, multi-environment releases, testing, validation, documentation, and operational handoff.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical and operations-based Maestro Care applications and complex workflows involving scheduling, billing, patient flow, access, communication, or patient engagement.
• Hands-on Agile or sprint-based delivery experience, including testing, production readiness, stabilization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to mentor analysts, influence decisions without direct authority, analyze risks and dependencies, and communicate recommendations to leadership and partners.
