Senior Manager, Finance (FP&A)

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States

Annual base salary: $132,600–$221,100, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead FP&A for the Global Service organization and provide forward-looking analysis of financial performance, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Own worldwide consolidation of the Service P&L across divisions and regions, including revenue, cost-to-serve, departmental spending, profitability, and reporting methodologies.
• Lead monthly business reviews, executive reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Manage risk and opportunity tracking, worldwide headcount planning, and analysis of leading indicators affecting the financial outlook.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A, divisional finance, HR, and Master Data Management on reporting structures, account mapping, and acquisition integration.
• Raise analytical standards, mentor finance talent, and drive automation and process improvements across forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of related financial experience, including leading, mentoring, or managing analysts.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP.
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations and communicating insights to executive audiences.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP and planning platforms.
