Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000 in Bentonville; $96,000–$186,000 in Bellevue; $104,000–$202,000 in Sunnyvale. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance reporting for Marketplace Global Workforce Management.
• Monitor actual spending against budget, analyze variances, and communicate financial risks, opportunities, and changing assumptions.
• Translate demand forecasts and capacity requirements into headcount, labor cost, and vendor spend plans.
• Develop financial models for hiring, productivity, outsourcing, and resource allocation decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, Product, Technology, external service providers, and senior leadership.
• Deliver executive insights and recommendations that strengthen financial accountability and keep the organization within budget.

Requirements

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Understanding of workforce planning, capacity management, headcount modeling, or labor cost management.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including work with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to connect operational demand, workforce requirements, and financial outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 years of related project, program, or operations experience, or 5 years of related experience.
• Clear written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills, with strong ownership and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• SQL, data visualization, or business intelligence experience.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
