Manager, Market Strategic Finance (Healthcare)

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with market operations leaders to review monthly P&L performance and explain budget-versus-actual variances.
• Deliver and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual market financial reporting.
• Standardize KPIs, reporting templates, and planning processes across markets.
• Expand and automate Workday Adaptive Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and headcount planning with functional and People teams.
• Align planning models with accounting records by partnering with Accounting and using NetSuite data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, including strong financial reporting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP and a strong understanding of effective financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of three-statement models, GAAP, and P&L drivers.
• Ability to explain financial variances to non-finance leaders.
