Product Manager

Location: Remote-optional within the United States

Starting salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, adjusted based on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Manage product features and quarterly priorities from discovery through delivery.
• Use data to track performance and optimize conversion funnels, user journeys, and core product experiences.
• Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews, translating findings into actionable product requirements.
• Partner with engineering, design, editorial, and revenue teams to align execution with business goals.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain high-quality delivery with minimal oversight.
• Mentor junior team members and share effective AI workflows with peers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management or an equivalent technology, media, or SaaS role.
• Experience independently managing features, projects, and quarterly priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing user flows, funnels, and product experiences.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into product requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency with AI tools and the ability to share effective use cases with peers.
