Senior Program Manager, Marketing Operations (Fintech)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $120K–$150K plus equity

What you will do

• Manage marketing initiatives end to end, translating strategy into workstreams with owners, timelines, and milestones.
• Build scalable intake, briefing, production planning, and operating-rhythm processes.
• Maintain visibility into marketing priorities, calendars, and roadmaps across stakeholders.
• Partner with creative and studio teams to complete briefs and remove blockers.
• Coordinate agencies, print vendors, and production partners to keep schedules on track.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in program management, marketing operations, creative operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, creative production, and physical asset development.
• Experience with print production, merchandising assets, vendor management, and production timelines.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to building and executing complex initiatives.
