Provider Partnerships Manager (Mental Health)

Location: Southern New Jersey and Cherry Hill, New Jersey; field-based with approximately 75% territory travel

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 annually, plus commission with uncapped earning potential

What you will do

• Build relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams.
• Prospect and convert medical practices into ongoing referral partners.
• Manage existing accounts and increase referral volume, provider satisfaction, and retention.
• Execute territory plans to achieve referral growth and provider retention targets.
• Lead in-office visits, practice presentations, lunch-and-learns, community outreach, and industry events.
• Establish referral workflows, troubleshoot barriers, and maintain account activity in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales, physician liaison work, clinical outreach, or business development.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed referral or sales growth targets.
• Experience influencing clinicians, administrators, or other healthcare stakeholders.
• CRM proficiency; HubSpot or Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory approximately 75% of the time and authorization to work in the United States.
