Lead Full Stack Engineer (Vue)

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise insurance software solutions.
• Provide technical direction across front-end and back-end architecture, technology selection, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cohesive, user-focused solutions.
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic while designing for scalability.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, investigate bugs, and maintain platform reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team in security, compliance, innovation, and technical growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including work on complex SaaS applications.
• At least 2 years in a lead or manager role.
• Strong back-end experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Front-end proficiency with JavaScript and Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, microservices, clean architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Practical knowledge of TDD, unit, integration and functional testing, DDD, web security, performance optimization, agile development, and cross-functional collaboration.
