Lead Fullstack Engineer (Vue)

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise insurance software solutions.
• Provide technical direction across frontend and backend architecture, technology selection, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cohesive solutions.
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic while designing for scalability and flexibility.
• Lead code reviews, bug investigation, security practices, compliance, and adoption of development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team toward continuous technical improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, including a track record of leading complex SaaS applications.
• At least 2 years in a lead or manager role.
• Strong backend experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Frontend proficiency with JavaScript and Vue.js and/or React.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, plus microservices or clean architecture.
• Practical experience with TDD, unit, integration, and functional testing; DDD, web security, performance optimization, agile methods, and cross-functional collaboration.
