What you will do

• Interview employees and stakeholders across teams to understand how work is performed.
• Identify friction, delays, rework, and other issues in business processes.
• Apply the Five Whys technique to investigate root causes.
• Map current-state processes, including steps, handoffs, and decision points.
• Propose practical improvements and document future-state processes.
• Present findings and process changes through clear visual materials.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, industrial or systems engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Strong curiosity, listening skills, and the ability to build trust with people at different organizational levels.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and unstructured problems.
• Ability to turn complex conversations into clear, easy-to-follow process diagrams.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with attention to skipped steps and unnecessary approvals.
