Semiconductor Industry Analyst

Location: New York, NY; hybrid office schedule

Salary: $110K–$150K annually, plus equity

hirify.global is a Series A startup building an intelligence platform for analyzing global supply chains, China-related risk, corporate networks, relationships, and financial ties.

What you will do

• Research, analyze, and map the global semiconductor industry and its subsectors from end to end.
• Maintain current industry knowledge through conferences, publications, and discussions with subject-matter experts.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve semiconductor and related-industry coverage in the platform.
• Write reports for customers, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders on major industry topics.
• Serve as the internal and external subject-matter expert for the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience writing about or researching the semiconductor industry.
• Deep knowledge of and strong interest in the semiconductor industry and its supply chain.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office schedule in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Published semiconductor-industry reports, articles, or research.
• Experience mapping supply chains at the input or technology level.
• Experience using OSINT research methods.
• Experience presenting research findings at conferences, in publications, or to external audiences.
